Bio Master Thread Compound TCL 824 meets the objective for eliminating hazardous materials in the work place as presented in OSHA Communication 29 CFR 1910.1200. It is a premium connection, metal-free compound designed for tubing, casing, and line pipe service, and has a temperature range of 0°F to 500°F (-17°C to 260°C). Bio Master Thread Compound TCL 824 provides continuous sealing properties, correct make up/breakout torque and long term corrosion protection to tubular goods during storage time. The absence of metal eliminates galvanic corrosion, therefore making Bio Master Thread Compound TCL 824 the ideal thread compound for today’s strict environmental concerns. It also has superior E.P. lubricity to connections designed to provide metal-to-metal sealing.
