Bio Master Wireline Spray
B-MWS — Bio Wireline Spray

Product Information
Bio Master Wireline Spray is a non-contaminating, environmentally friendly wireline spray. Bio Master Wireline Spray may be used on wire rope and cable for protection against corrosion. It is designed to guard wirelines from the effects of corrosive chemicals commonly found in downhole production. Bio Master Wireline Spray will protect the complete braided wireline and guard against the corrosive effects of acids, caustics, salt water, and most chemicals including hydrogen sulfide. Bio Master Wireline Spray includes special wetting ingredients that enable it to pierce the surface down to the inner core of the wireline.
Bio Master Wireline Spray also supplies a lubricating effect to the wireline, thus reducing most wear caused by constant use. It is designed to work with spray equipment mounted on wireline truck units. This environmentally acceptable wireline corrosion inhibitor can also be used by brushing each layer of wireline as it is made up on the spool. Operating sprayable temperature range of 50°F to 100°F (10°C to 37°C). This product is available in weight of 5 gal - 41.5 lbs., 16 gal - 135 lbs., and 55 gal - 462.95 lbs.
