Product Information
MCC24 Master Copper Compound is an environmentally friendly drill pipe and drill collar compound. This lubricant provides easy breakout which prevents galling and the necessity of excessive torque with downhole makeup. The additives in this product provide greater lubricity and superior pressure performance. MCC24 services a wide range of temperatures (0 - 400°F, -17 - 204°C), has a service rating of 10,000 PSI and is nonflammable.
Drill pipe, drill collars, casing, tubing, line pipe, tool joints, rotary shouldered connections, and fishing tools are the ideal applications for MCC24. This product should not be used for stainless steel fittings where the temperature exceeds 500°F (260°C). This product is available in weight of 5 gal - 45 lbs.
