Master Ext. Coat Clear 4112 can be used for tubing, casing, line pipe, drill pipe, coiled tubing, pipe racks, steel tanks, structural steel and drilling rigs. It is a high performance coating that has excellent impact resistance while providing good surface penetration. Master Ext. Coat Clear 4112 produces a fast drying, good adhesion to steel surfaces. The finish is a high gloss coating which results in longer lasting protection against corrosion without flash rusting, therefore minimizing metal loss. Master Ext. Coat Clear 4112 is manufactured using biodegradable raw materials and is HAPS-free (Hazardous Air Polluting Substance-free) and provides low VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds) emissions.
This water based, environmentally friendly, clear pipe coating is the latest in waterborne coatings in terms of metal protection. Master Ext. Coat Clear 4112 provides an excellent temporary protective coating to external tubular surfaces while in storage. This product is available in weight of 5 gal - 46.65 lbs. and 55 gal - 503.65 lbs.
