Master Grande
TJC 633 — Biodegradable Tool Joint & Drill Collar Compound

Product Information
Master Grande TJC 633 is a biodegradable synthetic based compound designed for rotary shoulder applications combating extreme conditions i.e. damaged and excessive wear threads, high pressures, high temperatures, and vibrations.
Master Grande TJC 633 is recommended for drilling hard formations, deep drilling, breaking in new tool joints, directional drilling, crooked holes, and other high torque conditions. It has passed the LC-50 toxicity test and meets the objective for eliminating hazardous materials in the work place, as presented in OSHA Communications 29 CFR 1910.1200 by being non-metallic. Master Grande TJC 633 is recommended for use on tool joints, drill collars, and other rotary shouldered connections. It is recommended as an alternative to conventional zinc, copper, lead or Teflon® compounds. Because Master Grande TJC 633 is non-metallic, it eliminates the corrosion problems making it the tool joint and drill collar compound for today’s strict environmental concerns. This product is available in weight of 5 gal - 45 lbs. and 55 gal - 475 lbs.
- Metal-free, non-toxic and environmentally safe
- Inhibits corrosion
