Product Information
Master Lock 253 is a two-part epoxy thread locking compound that is both zinc-free and environmentally friendly. This product is easily mixed under a wide range of temperatures due to its workable consistency which is in excess of one hour. Master Lock has excellent adhesion, is self lubricating and water resistant. This thread locking compound is unaffected by vibration, pounding or expansion due to variant temperatures and withstands high break-out torque. Master Lock 253 provides a leak proof seal, contains rust and corrosion inhibitors and is oxidation resistant. Master Lock 253 replaces welding of casing joints and threaded connections.
This product is available in weight of 1/2 lb case (12 kits) and 1 lb case (6 kits).
