Product Information
Master Preventer 010 is a premium surface conditioner for ferrous metals. Non ferrous metals such as aluminum, zinc, brass, copper and bronze can also be treated with Master Preventer 010 to remove oxidation and corrosion. It is also excellent for treating metal prior to cold galvanizing. Master Preventer 010 provides a protective coating against rust. It can be used as a protective coating, paint primer, or rust remover.
Master Preventer 010 removes rust from chrome, iron and ferrous metals. It can clean nuts and bolts and also, by applying Master Preventer 010, frozen nuts and bolts can be cleaned then broken out. It also removes rust on tanks, barges, tools and equipment. As a protective coating, rust is turned into a dark, protective coating by stopping the corrosion and turning the rust into an inactive state that resists further corrosion. As a paint primer, Master Preventer 010 fights against rusting and bleeding from underneath finished surfaces, eliminating the conditions that reduce paint and coating service life. It provides a supreme bonding surface for coatings and paint that permits better adherence to the metal therefore reducing the tendency of chipping and peeling. Master Preventer 010 can also be used as a stain remover for porcelain, brick, concrete, vinyl, terrazzo and linoleum. This product is available in weight of 5 gal - 51 lbs. and 55 gal - 568 lbs.
