Product Information
Master Valve Clean 1613-MVC increases the efficiency of your operation by allowing easy valve breakout whereby valves operate freely for months. Master Valve Clean both penetrates, lubricates, and cleans valves that are difficult to operate or stuck. This product is very effective at removing deposits such as rust, lacquer or gum left by valve lubricants. This left over lubricant can shut down valves. 1613-MVC should not be used on oxygen service and is effective with most valve lubricants and sealants. Over time 1613-MVC will make your job run smoother.
This product can be used on all lubricated valves that are hard to operate. Use conventional lubricating equipment to apply 1613-MVC. After the product is pumped into the valve, wait about 10 minutes then slowly turn the valve. The process should be repeated until the valve opens freely. This product is available in weight of 5 gal - 40 lbs. and 16 gal - 118 lbs.
