Product Information
Master Wireline Seal MWS 30W is a 30 viscosity lubricating sealant for extreme temperature sealing. The adding of corrosion inhibitors allows more effective wireline lubrication and ease of wireline operations. In addition to maintaining and holding higher seal pressures, Master Wireline Seal reduces friction of the wireline, thus keeping wear on wireline and flow tubes to a minimum. Master Wireline Seal retains higher working pressures, resulting in the reduction of loss of condensate, fluids, or gas from well.
Master Wireline Seal is most productive under extreme temperature conditions. It is also effective under high shock conditions for the reduction of drip and splatter. The special cohesive and adhesive properties prevent wellsite contaminations. Master Wireline Seal is inhibited against the corrosive effects of acids, caustics, salt water, and hydrogen sulfide (H₂S). This product is available in weight of 16 gal - 128.6 lbs. and 55 gal - 430 lbs.
