Product Information
Master Wireline Spray will protect the wireline against the corrosive effects of acids, caustics, and most chemicals. Master Wireline Spray is a wireline corrosion inhibitor designed and manufactured to protect wireline from the effects of corrosive chemicals commonly found downhole. It is applied at the spool to each layer of wireline. Master Wireline Spray increases protection against hydrogen sulfide (H₂S) and saltwater. It contains special wetting agents which enable it to penetrate the surface to the inner core of the braided line.
Master Wireline Spray is designed to be used with spray equipment commonly mounted on many wireline trucks or skid mounted units. It also provides a lubricating effect to the wireline, thus reducing wear caused by continuous use. This product is available in weight of 5 gal - 38.5 lbs., 16 gal - 124.6 lbs., and 55 gal - 430.5 lbs.
