Master Lubricant — Hydrocarbon Based

MDL-2550 (Hydrocarbon Based) is a proprietary blend of surface active agents in a diesel carrier that are effective at high temperatures and pressures. The product provides up to 95% reduction in torque and typically is applied in concentrations of 1% - 3%.

MDL-2550 is a drilling mud lubricant added to water based muds at concentrations of 1% - 3% to achieve up to a 95% reduction in torque. The product is useful in drilling applications as well as in coiled tubing operations.
