Summit's Non-Rotating Stabilizer is specially engineered for casing cutting operations in order to stabilize your string, and reduce vibration.

• Placed directly above the cutter in for the cutter to be centered in the casing
• Special Marine Cutter used when cutting 20" or larger casing
• Simple yet durable design consists of (4) parts: top sub, body, sleeve, and blades
• Blades remain stationary while rotating while only the body and top sub rotate
• Blades are easily interchangeable for various sizes of casing
• Can be manufactured to customer specific specifications i.e.: OD, ID, connection, hole size, etc.
